Our exhaust pipe blew out on our 1999 Volvo, Saturday evening August 19, 2017. We didn't know what to do; so we took a chance and left the car at Cash's with a note and the key. Thankfully, a family member from TN picked us up from Raphine, and we just hoped for the best. The folks at Cash's called us and kept us informed about the repairs. Tuesday, we returned to Cash's, and they had fixed the pipe beautifully, for a very reasonable price! We were amazed. My uncle, who used to drive for Roadway, remembered a time when his tire blew and Cash's rescued him in a timely, professional manner. These folks have been around for a long time, and we are very grateful to them for helping us out of a major jam!
Was pulling an RV northbound on I-81 in July 2017 when I blew a tire. Called Good Sam's and Curtis came out with 30 minutes. Changed the tire, then worked with me to get the other tires - which were now suspect - changed. Eddie did a great job in mounting new tires. Excellent service and great price on the new tires!! Am glad that they were the ones to respond!! Very, very professional!
Great customer service, will be happy to use them again in the future!
As my wife was driving to Roanoke Va here transmission blew up and the Sienna was towed to Cash's after they had closed for the evening. I call the shop soon after they opened the next morning, did a quick 'look at', and determined that the transmission has expired. Being a 11 year old vehicle it wasn't worth fixing,
Dealing with Curtis and others at the shop was a pleasure!
Enjoyed having the pleasure of doing business with this facility. Great people!
We blew a tire on the interstate heading south back home to SC. I called up and they had the tire I needed in stock. Brian replaced three trailer tires for us and we were back on the road within a half hour. great people.
In summary, Sheila and Curtis Cash, along with Eddie, their lead mechanic, we're nothing other than phenomenal when we needed help!
On a Saturday in July 2016, we were seven hours into our trip from New York. We had another five hours to reach our destination in South Carolina. An 18-wheeler tractor trailer lost its full tread which hit our car on I-81 / I-64. It cracked up the front end of our car including damage to the hood and radiator. When we pulled over, we discovered that antifreeze was spilling out everywhere. We knew nothing of this shop or this area but were referred to Cash's by a local Pilot employee.
We were able to get our car to their shop and within 24 hours, they were able to order us a new radiator and swap it out including working late on Saturday and on Sunday, when they are normally closed, in temperatures that exceeded 95 degrees. They got our car to a point where we could safely drive it home seven hours, for our hometown repair shop and insurance to assess for further damage.
Upon picking up the vehicle on Sunday, Eddie and his son even took the time to explain in great detail everything they did and what else needed to be looked at. And the cost to fix the vehicle was not exorbitant, it was fair, and never included any extra charges for overtime because of a Saturday to Sunday work.
We are deeply grateful for all they have done and that their speedy recovery time has allowed us to return to work on Monday morning as scheduled. And the insurance adjuster has told us that the work performed was spot on!
If they were local to us we would in a heartbeat choose them as our mechanics! We highly recommend their place of business because of their ethics and concern for the well-being of others, as well as their abilities. Thank you for your work and let it be known, it will never be forgotten. There are few businesses that would do this...your integrity is monumental.

Hauling 4 horses from Ga to Culpeper Va . We blew a tire at 5pm on a Saturday. They waited for us to drive in then spent 1 hr replacing 2 bad tires and checking our frame and running gear, all for an incredibly reasonable price. Some might have taken advantage of 2 'desperate' women but they were freindly, professional and very fair.
Timmy was awesome. Needed a used tire as you can see what happened to mine in the pic. I rolled in at about 6:50 pm and I was out by 7:35pm. I git the best used virgin tire installed for 202$. That's an amazing price. I recommend these guys for everything. BTW Wendys spicy chkn burger across the street are pretty awesome too. Peace.
When we called for a tow they were there in 15 mins. or less!
